    德阳仲裁委员会是德阳市人民政府依照《中华人民共和国仲裁法》于1996年9月组建的准司法性质的非营利仲裁机构。作为全市唯一独立行使终局裁决权的民商事仲裁机构，以其专业、中立、高效、公正的优质仲裁服务，成为全国先进仲裁机构和广大市场主体理想的仲裁之家。
    快速增长的仲裁业务
    德阳仲裁委员会十年来受案数和争议标的额逐年快速增长，特别是2002年后连续三年实现受案翻番，2003年跨入全国仲裁50强，2004年名列第34位，2005年名列第23位。我会在2006年受案556件，标的额3.78亿元，在全国185家仲裁机构中排名第20位，国务院法制办领导鼓励德阳仲裁委员会“为西部地区和全国中等城市仲裁工作带出好头来”。
    不断扩大的仲裁领域
    德阳仲裁委员会已受理的案件类型共有60多种，涉及房地产、金融、保险、拍卖、股份转让、电信、医疗事故、交通事故、人身损害赔偿和教育服务等领域，近两年来，又与建设、交通、水利、邮政、电信、卫生、旅游、科技、总商会、商务等部门联合发文，广泛推行仲裁法律制度，不断扩大仲裁领域。
    公正高效的仲裁质量
    德阳仲裁委员会坚持公正、及时、合法、合理的仲裁理念，追求省时、省钱、省事的工作实效。在严格质量管理的前提下，充分尊重当事人的自主性，创建和谐、合作的仲裁氛围，注重调解，所审结的案件中超过60％的案件以调解、和解、撤诉结案，裁决的案件中仅有不到0.5％被人民法院裁定撤销或不予执行。
    科学规范的仲裁程序
    德阳仲裁委员会制定和完善了包括《仲裁规则》、《仲裁员守则》、《仲裁员管理办法》、《办案程序规范》、《裁决书、调解书制作规范》、《裁前告知规范》等规则和制度，保证案件审理程序方便快捷，实体裁决准确公正，简易程序的平均审理期限为30天，普通程序的平均审理期限为60天。
    精英荟萃的仲裁队伍
    德阳仲裁委员会第三届委员会由法律、经济贸易专家和有丰富实践经验的社会知名人士组成；从全国法律、经贸、科技、金融等领域聘任了140余名符合条件、公道正派的专家、学者和专业人士担任仲裁员；建立了一支熟悉仲裁程序，拥有丰富法律知识，能够为当事人及仲裁庭提供高效仲裁服务的专职秘书队伍；为公正、高效、权威地处理各类纠纷，奠定了良好的基础。

    经济低廉的仲裁收费
